Aylesva does not hold escrow funds, underwrite funeral costs, or guarantee third-party vendor pricing.

Foreign Jurisdiction & Repatriation Non-Guarantee: Repatriation procedures, international remains transport, and foreign estate disclosures (including transfers to Mexico and El Salvador) are governed exclusively by foreign sovereign laws, international sanitary codes, municipal health permits, and consulate discretion. Aylesva does not guarantee foreign government approvals, border clearance timelines, or foreign probate recognition of user-recorded preferences.
